Poll: Healthcare reform
On March 7, 2017, the House of Representatives introduced legislation to repeal the Affordable Care Act and offer a replacement intended to lower costs, increase competition, and provide increased access to care. The full text of the proposal is available publicly,

Currently, the legislation is moving through the committee process. It was marked up by the Ways and Means and Energy and Commerce Committee yesterday. You can watch a full recording of the committee proceedings and learn more about amendments offered to the bill on the committee websites,

Question of the week: After reading the legislation, what do you care most about being included in the final bill?

Dismantling the Obamacare taxes.
Eliminating the individual and employer mandate penalties.
Ensuring patients with pre-existing conditions can get coverage.
Including tax credits to help purchase health insurance.
Allowing dependents to continue staying on their parents’ plan until they are 26.
Reforming Entitlements.
Expanding Health Savings Accounts.
Phasing out the Obamacare Medicaid expansion.
I don’t know.
I do not support repealing and replacing the Affordable Care Act.
