WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Brad Wenstrup (OH-02) released the following statement after the firing of FBI Agent Peter Strzok:

 “The American people deserve an FBI they can trust. Not only should Strzok have been fired long ago, it raises the question as to whether his superiors were either unaware, incompetent, or complicit with his actions. His firing is an important step toward restoring accountability and fairness to America’s top law enforcement agency,” said Congressman Brad Wenstrup.
