WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Representative Brad Wenstrup (R-OH) released the following statement after President Trump and Congress reached an agreement on the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA):

“After months of delay, Speaker Pelosi and House Democrats have finally agreed to bring USMCA up for a vote. I thank President Trump and Ambassador Lighthizer for their tireless work to support the 428,400 Ohio jobs that depend on trade with Canada and Mexico. Congress should quickly pass USMCA to rebalance North American trade and support American workers, farmers, and innovators. USMCA is good for all Americans,” said Congressman Brad Wenstrup.

Earlier this year, Rep. Wenstrup authored a column outlining his support for USMCA.
