Rep. Wenstrup Touts Plan to Lower Drug Costs, Protect Patient Access for Seniors and Alzheimer’s Patients

CINCINNATI - Today, Co-Chair of the GOP Doctors Caucus and Chair of the Healthy Future Taskforce Treatments Subcommittee Congressman Brad Wenstrup (R-Ohio) met with over 50 senior healthcare providers who are part of the Tristate Association for Professionals on Aging (APA) at the Alois Alzheimer Center in Greenhills to discuss House Republicans’ plan to lower drug costs for patients and protecting seniors with Alzheimer's and dementia:

"I want to thank the Alois Alzheimer Center, Tristate APA, and the Alzheimer’s Association for the great work that they are doing. As Co-Chair of the GOP Doctors Caucus and Chair of the Healthy Future Taskforce Treatments Subcommittee, I am working with my colleagues in Congress to find ways to lower drug costs, get innovative treatments to our seniors, and supercharge patient access to the medications and treatments they need," said Rep. Brad Wenstrup. "We’re witnessing new breakthrough treatments and cures that will keep Americans healthier for longer, and the federal government cannot remain an outdated, bureaucratic roadblock to getting these therapeutics to patients."
